I have been working on a huge home update the last month or so and generally doing it bit by bit to spread out the cost starting with the lounge area - a post to follow. Decorating is very addictive in that soon as you start making changes here and there you become rather critical of what you already got, there is nothing wrong with what you have but you always want better and nicer and this applies with my bathroom.

The bathroom we have is fairly new and modern however I have always wanted an egg shaped bath with black floor tiles in particular the tiles need to be really big pieces and white walls. Rest of the bathroom needs to be minimal with a flat screen TV fitted in the wall giving it that luxurious spa feel but in your own home. Oh and not to forget the marbled surfaces - dream!
I spend huge amounts of time in the bathroom having baths every evening and doing my various facial routines while watching youtube so I feel it's definitely a room to invest in later on. UK Bathrooms seem to have a good variety at very affordable prices and they are offering the classic "never beaten on price" for any of their ranges however its always good to shop around and see what's out there on the market.
Whilst browsing around on Your Show Home it turns out I am not the only one wanting a spa like bathroom in my own home!
If money was no object what would you have in your dream bathroom? Hydrotherapy / whirlpool bath, steam / sauna shower, massage showers, round bath?
The second one looks so good, I'd love to have huge windows in my bathroom one day! :) xx

DeleteLove the oval bath! We are saving up to turn the downstairs shower room into a Japanese Zen Garden inspired bathroom. Lots of white, wood browns, pops of plant green and stones! x
