Yup these are my very own Hello Kitty biscuits that I made a while back aren't they kawaii! I received this cutter as a present a few years back for christmas, you can buy your own on ebay. These biscuits are rather big so I would suggest picking up a smaller cutter so it's a little more bite size.
You can use any biscuit recipe, I picked mine up here but obviously with the size of these you would make a lot less than what it says below.
Ingredients
Makes: 30 large biscuits or 60 small
- 500g plain flour
- 250g butter or margarine
- 140g icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Preheat the oven to 160 C / Gas 2 1/2.
- Place the flour, butter and sugar in a bowl. Rub together with your fingers (or put into a food processesor!) until fine breadcrumbs.
- Add the vanilla extract and a little milk until the mixture sticks together.
- Combine together to form a dough. You can put it in the fridge for a while but I normally use it straight away.
- Place on a floured surface and roll out to about 5mm thick (1/4 inch). Cut out your shapes and place on a baking tray with some baking parchment or non stick cooking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 to 15 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool and harden.

these are so cute! i love hello kitty <3 :)
