LINDT: Hot Chocolate | Freshly Baked Croissants

As winter approaches our days get dark earlier, heating comes on, hot baths happen more frequently and for me I generally like to stay snuggle up at home. I am a hermit generally all year round but during the winter I am even worse. I love nothing more than getting the slow cooker going first thing in the morning with a beef veg stew slowly cooking.

I generally eat dinner fairly early and spend rest of the evening chilling out watching tv, catching up on blogs and as we get later into the evening I always feel a little peckish.

I decided to bake some Jus Roll croissants to dip into my *Lindt Hot Chocolate!

Ok, so I have drank various hot chocolates but nothing quite like this one and you can definitely taste that it's Lindt chocolate for sure.

This is so easy to make in a pan, just add the powder in the milk bit by bit and on a low heat and keep stirring until it starts to boil. What's great is you can control the consistency so if you like it thick then leave it as it is or you can add some water so it's less thick. I left mine thick because I wanted to dip in my warm croissants.

Both me and hubby loved it and we cannot wait to make it again next weekend!

This is certainly a nice treat to have in your cupboard and you can by yours here.

PS: If you haven't seen my super cute Lindt bear post you can see him here.....

Oh my this looks so so good! I have never thought of doing this with croissants but it like your own chocolate croissant. I'm definitely a hermit in winter as well - it is too cold to be going out! x
